Like I was telling you in you're other picture, you have very good shoes.

but what I am seeing here is that you like to use the pose where the leg is tucked inside the other one. Try and get out of that habbit of that. It's really easy to keep drawing something over and over again that you're used to. Try and break away and do some different poses.

Now in this one, the head is still big on a lanky body, but not only that but you're torso is really flat looking. Like it's like you just made a square for the torso and the arms and went on from there. don't. The male body should be like a bean, the bigger part of the bean is the torso and the smaller part is the bottom of the torso. Which helps enlarge where you're rib cage is. Even when it's sunkien in, it's pretty easy to pick out where someone's rib cage is at.
