Made up eevee evolution, needs a name!!!!

Description

Well, I figured I had to put something up to show that even though my scanner broke I'm not dead. It's a madeup eevee evolution that needs a name(I'm just calling it Dagreon temporarily). It is ghost/poison, and casts spells. It's a favorite of a character of mine in my new fanfic, so I figured I'd draw Dagreon who I sctually called Wraith in the story. Not good, but also unedited from scanning a while ago. Dagreon was made in much the same way mewtwo was, by cloning DNA.......until my character Raven broke into the lab. XD And now that I'm done blabbering about the backround info, could I have some help naming this little monster? :)

Eyes: Bloodred
hand: right
hair: jet black
Alignment: Cunning and vicious but willing to help whoever she chooses....or whoever offers the best price.
Weapon: Powerful innate abilities, is a necromancer and can take on whatever form she chooses. Her senses are inhumanly keen, and she knows more than she lets on.
Description: Raven does whatever she likes wherever she chooses, alone. SHe has a bad temper and can be quite vicious when angered, but is an extremely loyal friend. She has a bad reputation but likes it that way, and is uneasy around large crowds or other people. She can't be completely bad to the bone, but she'll probably never be caught dead saying that. Raven likes battling and will use any tricks whatsoever to win......within the rules, of course.

As for clothes, do whatever you feel like, just make it dark and elegant....perhaps something like that kid in colosseum whose name escapes me? Her pokemon is a Shiny Umbreon with the rings around his body a deep indigo color, called Azrael.
