my suggestion is that you make the lines a little thicker and more accurate, but if that's your style then go ahead. also, you should even out the colors because i really like the ones you chose and they should be more ... hmm.... even? and why didn't you color the eyes? they're drawn cool, they deserve to be colored! and what's up with the background? i love how this has blue hair!
