HE WANTS TO BE YOUR FRIEND!! Can't you see it in his HUGE eyes? He wants to be your FRIEND.<br />
He isn't based off of any specific character, really, but he's got the leaf symbol on his head from Naruto and I think I might actually turn him into a psychotic character...<br />

Um... it is Naruto right? Because if it is, he doesn't have whiskers.
I give the drawing a 85 out of 100. I like the epxression but the proportions need to be a tad better (even if he's chibi).
