I'm taking a Painting class this semester, and note that it's been years since I've last held a paintbrush, so the edges are a bit wobbly. This is just one of many assignments that I needed to do.
The canvas is 11'' x 14'', so I couldn't fit it in my scanner. So, I took a picture instead and cropped the background, leaving just the painting in its black frame.
This was also slightly modified with Photoshop. I just lightened the background, and added some red to the white sheet. Everything else was done with oil paint.

Thanks! Honestly, I'm afraid of oil paints because once they stain your clothes... It's a bit tough to get it off... It's even effort to clean your hands if the stuff sets in.
I think it looks fine, you can't really tell about the edges being wobbly.
