I'm taking a Painting class this semester, and note that it's been years since I've last held a paintbrush, so the edges are a bit wobbly. This is just one of many assignments that I needed to do.

The canvas is 11'' x 14'', so I couldn't fit it in my scanner. So, I took a picture instead and cropped the background, leaving just the painting in its black frame.

This was also slightly modified with Photoshop. I just lightened the background, and added some red to the white sheet. Everything else was done with oil paint.

GreyJediNice. I don't think I've ever used oil paints. Mostly acrylic and watercolour when I can be bothered to try it.
I think it looks fine, you can't really tell about the edges being wobbly.

DesertCobra31Thanks! Honestly, I'm afraid of oil paints because once they stain your clothes... It's a bit tough to get it off... It's even effort to clean your hands if the stuff sets in.
