This is Cire (Pronounced Sigh-Ray)
When the T.H.U.G.S. capture a group of scientists working on artificial intelegence, they are forced to create an android with the same fighting skill as Erik.
Thus C-175 "Cire" was born. Designed to look and act exactly like Erik, he would frame him for crimes all accross Valley Stream. He wields a ball point pen.
