Description

Inked. Took me at least 4 hours to ink it (okay, not that long). At least two hours just for the hair. It's doubtful I'll ever colour it, because... I suck at colouring things, and I don't want to ruin this just to experiment. ^^;

You know I can't critique humans very well, right? Anyway, what really caught my eye on this picture are the wings. It's a good job, but the arrangement of the feathers is a bit messy (real feathers are arranged in neat pattterns). Although, I also notice this drawing's one year old, so instead of doing a full crit, I'd like to see you draw something with feathered wings again, something to compare this with.

Aside from that, there's not much I can say. Great contrast, I wish there was some shading to it rather than just lineart (if pretty darn good lineart). Not really a fan of inking techniques, either, as I don't do that myself. But it's a good drawing nonetheless.

That is awesome...If yer afraid of ruining the experiment photocopy it and work colors on the photocopy and keep the original. If the photocopy works out great for coloring it could be the color master copy...
