I like the colouring, but his legs and wings look a little flat to me.

I'm just not getting a sense of depth from it. His legs, particularly his thighs, don't look very rounded.

I can't really explain myself with the wings, but there's something missing from them.

I understand. My guys tend to have really skinny legs(I blame Yu-Gi-Oh), so he wouldn't have much thigh anyway.
As for the wihgs, it could be because I didn't use pen for the line art.

The coloring and shading on his wings and clothes is nothing short of spectacular.
