I poked it with a stick! Kidding.
I forgot that you don't play/watch Pokemon. It's a move called "Fake Tears," which lowers the opponent's defense.
In the cartoon Bonsly just use it to get their way.

Thanks! Ugh, I know. I have the 4th generation all scanned in and some of 3rd, so finishing it won't take to long(I hope.)
