I just got a theory. Perhaps after all your portfolio pieces you're mind needed a little holiday from drawing concentration and that's where you blockage is coming from.

You could always try doing some quick, little sketches. That always works for me. Helps to get you back into the swing of things. =)

I sketch...but I don't finish. *shame*

Though I have started to work on a Missy drawing. Pre-death and Post-death. I like it so far. I MUST FORCE MYSELF TO FINISH!

And technically I have been getting things done. I have an Animation class and a ceramics class. I just need to get my animations of of the school computers, and get some peiced fired.

Ahhh...so you have stuff, just stuff you can't show everyone. =(

Your art is great, I don't see how you can feel insecure. Though I suppose everyone feels like that sometimes.

Tsiang Yi is part of the Chinese name of the person I drew it for. ;)

I haven't read the full text (it's four large volumes), but I've read "Monkey" by David Kheridan, which is basically a slightly shorter retelling.
