Edit: Wow, it's been awhile! Well, for those of you who don't know me, hello there. I've been on this site for quite awhile (5th grade), and now I'm a freshman at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, working towards a BFA in Illustration. I'm normally pretty busy (so I rarely do requests, sorry), but I love giving constructive criticism and helping younger artists along. If you need any help at all with a picture, just tell me; I'm happy to help!

Yes, one of the FAC staff members resigned because of real life issues, and they asked me. Ironically, when college started, I told myself I would officially become inactive in FAC because I have to concentrate on studies. Now I am approving pictures and setting up contests for the site. This is some SUPER IRONY GO! I suppose this gives me experience with choosing my time wisely and being able to handle multiple things at once.
The FAC boss said back when they first started FAC contests, there was the problem of trolls and trouble, so I said we will try again...and refrain from that. There is a lesser troll population now, especially with the enforced No Tolerance/Forum access issue on the forums.
The biggest thing you can help me with is to join the Halloween contest when the theme is finally determined! Your ideas are stunning, and many of them can be quite intellectual, with a sad feel sometimes. Halloween pictures are not about simply excessive gore and scares. The good ones involve some thinking and originality, and I believe you can really "set the bar" if you join, whatever the theme is.
