Amazing! How long took the scales?

he looks just like my friends one (i wish i could have one but i aint got no room T^T)

We went through several iguanas at my house. Of course, my brother was little and would try to take them out of the cage, eventually dropping thems so many times that they would die from internal bleeding (I'm guessing). Anyhow, I adore this picture! It's fantastic--so realistic. The detail is top notch!

I had an iguana named Sibby a few years ago that died of kidney disease. If you get a female, and raise them from a baby, they are less likely to bite or spook easily. I love your pic! *sniff*

Sweetness. I'll second your not having iguanas for the young or amatuer. they grow really big and trust me that bite will hurt. Great job and I love the detail

Thats the way nostrils are for iguanas, unless every iguana I've seen is deformed O_o

I had an iguana, her name was uyuyui^^
I loved my iguana, she was always eating insects and sometimes she drank milk 0.o
but I really loved her, but in winter she died, I was 14 years old and I cried alot, sniff

That is awesome detailing, I saw it on the thumbnails and thought it was a phot at first.
Note to your comment on iguanas as pets: They also leave nasty scratches from their claws and like to lick that blood the draw after...also like to climb on your head. o_O

well, this detail you put into hi mputs my animal detail to shame.. I don't know how you could do that, it would get old and tiring to do all those scales after awhile.

MEEEEPPP!! I LOVE iguanas! This is awesome, only the nostril looks a bit too big and to far down. I had six iguanas in Washington and I lubbed them immensly, but I do admit, they do get to be ALOT to deal with the bigger they get and can mess you up if you're not careful, even if most of my guys were generally pretty laid back. Six feet of lizard! The biggest I had was about four feet though. I had to give them away to this couple when I moved...They had other reptiles and one was a herp vet, so I don't really worry about them. *stares* And to think people eat these loveable guys. ACK! 0o
