Okat let's see if i can remember correctly-i drew it,drew the back ground,waited a while,painted With,colored circles with marker,waited a little longer,THEN painted the silver back ground.i actually made this a while ago, tried to get it on, didn't work,waited probably a month,and tried again.THANKS MEGAN!!!
