Kirin, the chinese uniconr, as you can see, they don't look horse-like at all, sure, the horse is my fav. animal and all but this chinese unicorns look more deer-like or lion-like.
the Kirin is so gentle it only eats dead grass or fruit that has fallen from the tree.
it's steps are so ligth that it doesn't bends the blades of grass beneat it's hoves, it has a voice like a thousand wind chimes and can live up to 1000 years.
gente and wise creatures =) just like a grandfather (that explains the title XD)

Awesome Job, I've been wanting to draw a Kirin for a while, just kept forgetting XD Well, i did do a line art of a baby one, haven't colored it yet tho. I love how you colored this, you should do more!
