It's supposed to be Hikaru Itachiin from Ouran High School Host CLub... and it's one of the last internet free requests I'll ever draw lol XD
(not to mention she asked for a request last summer or something....) XD;;
anyways. I LOVE OHSHC XD I just died laughing while watching it ;D The twins are my fav, along with Tamaki XD<3
Weird cellshade, and I know my flaws XD; *shot* And yes, the scarf flies while there is no wind..... deal with it^^; XD AND Background beautifulness. You know, backgrounds and me... = <3
