So, I've been going through a Silent Hill 2 relapse phase lately, and after playing it through a 4th time over the past couple of weeks, I got frustrated because I wanted the Dog ending and got the Maria ending instead. It turned out to be a problem in my walkthrough, so I spent all of today playing through the whole thing and getting the Dog ending. It was SO worth it.
And about the drawing? Just like the title says, it's chibi-ish Pyramid Head and he dropped his "ice cream." Simple as that.
