This picture is beautifully painted; you've got a great handle on digital painting. The slanted clouds gives the piece a nice variety, and I appreciate that you actually highlighted the clouds with yellow, and that you see the yellow again in the fish. This gives the piece a nice feel of being late afternoon.
(If you don't like critiques, then please stop reading and disregard the rest of this comment. I know it may sound silly to tell you this, but there's a lot of artists who would rather not be critiqued and I don't want to make you angry. ^_^ Also, I'm not pointing out mistakes that you say you know you made, just ways I think you can improve, based on the rest of your gallery - which is nice, by the way - not only in this piece but in all your future artworks.)
That said, the woman looks like she's not really a part of the scene, but just placed in there. Yes, the light hitting her face is coming from the right direction, but it's not the same light. "Warm light, cool shadows." Late afternoon light comes strong from one direction, and it's a nice, warm light. Late afternoon shadows tend to be cool - blues and purples. Look at your clouds! They are a beautiful example of this type of light. Her skin should contain some nice oranges and purples for the shadows - and her dress would have blues and browns (blue shadows go well with the color of her dress, anyway). And, some light blue light being relected off the ocean, shinging onto her and her clothing - especially in areas that are nearest the ocean - would integrate her into the scene very well.
Sorry if that was a little wordy! :) But the end result is: good job!

It looks fantastic. The water is beautiful, And the fish look lively. I love the effect with how you made the flesh still very visible under the water, and not just a murky mirrage. And the clouds are fantastic. They look incredibly real, and of course the person looks great too. The shading is all extremely realistic, great job, its byootiful. Faves!
