I agree. This pic was more used to illustrate breathing fire.

Good... although if it's supposed to offset the dragon's weight by anything significant, the ballast organ would probably be larger -- a lot larger. I'm thinking more like stored completely throughout the dragon's body rather than in just one small location (because one small location doesn't provide much bouyancy at all)

Of course, with dragons, it's all conjectural... who can say what size or shape they really should be?
