My first ever Paint peice. It's not that I'll be making the change over to Paint, believe me, but I'm stuck at a place where I don't have access to my tablet or my beloved PSP6. So here's Kiff, drawn with a mouse in Paint. If you're wondering what Kiff is angry about... See, the Kittybirgs were brought to this dimension (depending on what story I'm using) by the Germans in WWII. They were trying to summon a demon ala Hellboy, but got a plague of these little locust instead. Kittybirgs are pretty innocent little critters, so they really aren't too swift on picking up that they're on the wrong side. When they finally DO find out, however, they get pretty mad. Especially Kiff, who'd befriended a Luftwaffe pilot, and even saved his life by attacking an American airman. So the little Kittybirg feels betrayed, and rants at the German pilot. And that's what this is.

BAMFManiacwow that's an awesome pic, and for paint it's stunning! one of the best paint pics i've seen! wonderful job on the wings and nice pose/expression- you can really feel how angry and hurt she is. interesting story, too. poor kittybirgs.

KFelidaeYesh, Kiff has dark brown (red) fur. She's modeled after my own kitty, who has the same coloured fur. And the lines are thick because it was done in Paint. It's not impossible to create an "inbetween" line in that program, but it's hard and time-consuming, so I just went with the preset thick line.
I want to see you draw a kittybirg! You draw critters so well, and your animal morphs are always neat.
Thanks for the review, Strata! =D

StratadrakeEither my monitor is dark or Kiff's fur is a really, really dark shade of brown. The linework seems a little thick but Kiff still looks cool. I think her wings are better done here than in the other one, and it's a pretty cool stance for her, although I'd have placed her legs a bit wider apart, like she's about to spring on something . . . or someone.
As critters go, kittybirgs are cool! I want to try my hand at drawing one sometime.
