Hm, nice dragon there. And if you don't know, I'm pretty finicky when it comes to dragons. This one, he's got a pretty solid shape and proportions, including the wings. The only thing that doesn't quite "feel" right are the placement of his wings at the shoulders (a traditional, if questionable, placement).

The shading also seems a bit flat -- a good color scheme, but too many flat tones and not enough gradation. But those are all the nits I can find about this dragon.

I have been looking around for an article like this. Took some time but finally found it… Really good read thanks. It’s been difficult to find the information I needed. I use this website for a good deal.

This is... a comment on the comment, not a comment on the picture, considering I don't NEED to comment on my own picture... o.o;; I don't shade... ever... 's why the "shading" is off...
