I didn't properly lighten the hair. I just colored it real quick last night, so I didn't have time. But yah... this time I made it more chibi-ish so I don't have to worry about ppl saying it's not a chibi.

I like this character, she's really pretty and cool looking. I think she's my fav of your chars. I like the way you did the shading in her hair too. It's kinda weird but it's kinda cool w/ how drastic it is. lol this pic is funny too, how the quote is just like "uh, yah" but her expression is all misty like "Oh, I guess it is"

hehe... well, she's only the third out of 15 chars, so it's hard to tell. I dunno why I shade her hair like that. That's just how I shaded it when I made her like forever ago, so that's how I do it now.
