Pretty! Great character design -- the hat, shirt, skirt, and boots are all really original and really cool. Cool pose and very good anatomy and shading! Especially the really shiny spots like on the belt and pokeballs all look really nice, and I like the way it has pink around the shine of the blue one. Did you do all of the lighting right over the lines to get it to look like this, or is it only over the lines of the really shiny areas?

Umm well I have a program called Paint Shop Pro 7. Its old and somehwhat out of date! ^_^;;; But its not the program that everyone else uses (Photoshop) its a downed version... Theres a tool called "lighten/darken" and such, and i use that.

oh, I've heard of that ^^ yeah, that sounds a lot like this one tool in photoshop (that I somehow only recently discovered xp)
