Bishedo the God

I got this idea.... well i have no idea where i got this idea... if it was from a dream or what... anyway this is Bishedo "The Time God and the Ice King" He has full control over time and the only one that can cancel his ice powers is The Ice God "whos name i will not say cuz its so cool and the guy who made it up although i now hate him doesnt want me to say" where was i.... ...... ..... okay so i forgot anyway he normally has a blue vest thingy on and bracers... or something if he wants he can just make any ice attack ... well do anything.... and he can move himslef or someone else through time ... he can even stop it cold... Before my saga even starts the PRE STORY says that Lumin kills him "but didnt know any better at the time" But the Council brought him back cuz they made a promise that if he trained Lumin they would make him head of the Council.. ... and they did... some how i dont think anyone will even read this... lol
