Highest of All the Heavens

Once again I confirm that I get the strongest drawing urges when I'm dead tired and that's when the awesome drawings come out the most too.<br />

Tails was the very first candidate.<br />
But why does Tails needs to get Dulcy to fly him around if he can do it himself? Dulcy flies higher and faster.<br />
