A bio weapon built by Master Mind and Captain Rileen. She was built to take revenge on Ryu(for nearly killing Master Mind) and Project Nixon(for leaving Captain Rileen for dead). She ended up killing her creators! After she fought with Death, he put a spell on her, giving her human emotions. She eventually grew a crush on Blud.
