Description
This is Cell's new form if he were to be fitted into my storyline! Many years after being defeating by Goku in Hell, Cell was given a deal; he would go back to Earth Realm with new-found powers and abilities if he were to be Malvada's eternal servant! Cell accepted this deal, thus creating NecroCell! This new Cell gains all the powers of Hell plus all the abilites of my characters, puumpa1'a characters and Shadow-Wolf's characters!
