Lucifer's father, who was ruler of Hell at the time, sealed it away! Sealing the dragon cost him his life, though! With the little energy he had left, he transferred the seal into a random family on Earth, thus through having been passed on, Chireru became the one who currently holds the dragon's seal(it is a forged tattoo in his back that can never go away until his death).
