Dragon Layers

The strongest attack of the Dragon-style martial arts. It is very similar to Sanosuke's Mastery of the 2 Layers attack. A very destructive punch, it has the potential to shatter steal, but cripples the fist of the user after use. Repeated uses in a single day may result in a shattered fist. It can only be used in the user's original form. If Chireru were to use it in Inferno state, he would be able to shatter an entire planet at the cost of losing his entire arm.
