It's interesting that when an artist specializing in anime is doing a fanart on a particular character, especially a really good if not similar one, people would tend to believe that the picture was stolen.Nevertheless, I strongly believe that this is your work and that such harsh comments from other netizens of FAC are simply jealous of the fact that they do not possess the adequate skills.
You've got a very good skill in this and I have no doubt that should you apply to work as a professional anime/manga artist, that you will snag the job. Congratulations, for having won my vote.
