Homestar has a fever. (Unique colors)

I used JPSP to make this image. I used an official image as a reference, then I found its edges and traced them out, just like the Creepy Homestar drawing. This time, however, I added noise to the image, gaussain blurred it, then as a finishing touch, colorded a little bit.
