Awww, isn't he cute!!? Heh...this was a gift to my friend ChibiBreeder. I wanted to make her a lil Guardian Angel of her own, so here he is!! His name is Toshira ^-^ That heart shaped thing on his hand is a tattoo if it's hard to make out...yeah...lol, the hair took the longest out of everything. There was just so much of it to smudge around!! Also, I used a cloud tutorial for the background. If anyone wants the link to that tutorial, just ask and I'll pass it on.
