To answer your first two questions, Yes that is Cat.
And no, I didn't change her hairstyle permanently. This was just a part in my story, "Eternal Snow".
She changed her hair and and hair color so she could run away. Plus she left her cartouche behind.
And she's wearing her concert outfit when she sung "Stardust." ...At least I think that's what I thought it looked like. o_0 I can't remember what I had in mind. But anyways...those of you who have read my story, probably know what I mean. And you probably already know why she's sad.
And the whole thing came out a little cheesy, so I might re-write it. ^^;
