Bleh...I cannot do a Yugioh Millennium Symbol to save ma life. >_< I had a reference and EVERYTHING! *smacks head against wall* Ow...@_@

Anyways, B-chan was thinking this should be the Ethereal Maidens' symbol. Here's her pic:
