Delibird Evolved Re-done

Ok this is the evolved form of delibird (still needs a name) Cleaned up in Paint and reposted.That thing it carrying in his hand is a peice of ice it uses to reflect sun for attacks like aura beam. It also has been sceen using it like a monacle and has been discovred they are actualy using it to help them see into far off distances. More serious then their pre-evolved form but have the tendancy to use droped items for example empty potion bottles or misplaced escape ropes to make diffrent things of use like booby traps to protect their nests. May or may not delete the old one
