Ummm im not entirely sure how Vincent is here giving you a valentine (*rolls eyes in disgust*) after Hojo cut out his heart but nonetheless....to say the least Vincent is less then amused by a very overused joke.

I know what your all thinking-that is the crappist Vincent Chibi i've seen in my life well you know what...YOUR PROBABLY RIGHT!
