I fixed it up just a bit with the computer (brightness, contrast) I know the eye is way too high on his face, but it was too late to fix it when i noticed.
well.. there ya go... I don't think I captured his hotnnes, but ah well....

^^ ah yours looks much better than mine. yes his eye is a little high but it still looks good. you did a good job with the shading too.
