Description

Finished FINALLY! ( you can see all the steps on my FurAffinity account )

The water looks HORRIBLE because I used a "spraycan" effect on it before, but the file got screwed up because of it...I had the hardest time trying to get rid of the problem...

this is for a summer contest. My OC's ( in order, left to right ) Mayako, Ritsuko, Suma, Kei ( Kei is pissed...she doesn't like to get wet... )

Everything but the background was done on MS Paint!!! The background I made on Paint Shop Pro
