This next mini set switches to DC rival, Marvel (whom I heard was bought out by Disney, is that true?) Anyway, the first is Black Cat, one of Spider-man's well-known accomplices, who, big suprise, I first saw in an animated series(90s). If im not mistaken, Kevin Smith, aka Silent Bob, wrote a comic based on Spidey and Cat, is it true, and is it any good?

yes it's true. Disney did purchase Marvel.
yes, Kevin Smith did write a Spidey/Cat comic. It was originally 6 issues, but can easily be found in trade paperback from. It's titled "The Evil That Men Do" and it's freakin' brilliant. Some of the best Spidey/Cat dialogue ever.
