Next up for the DBZ characters is Cell......wow, doesnt seem too long ago I put up a pic of him. Still, this one has more than one pose in it, both of which different forms. This one was more difficult than the last pic of Cell, mostly due to the spots on him. On another note, is it true that Cell's new voice is the guy who did Roy Mustang? Whats his name again?
