It's Queen Valentina! Bwahaha!
She's a boss in SMRPG, another one of my favourites.
*SPOILER ALERT*
She takes over Nimbus Landas Queen after imprisoning the real King and Queen, her hanchbird Dodo posing as the fake, missing Prince Mallow she "found." You have to sneak into the castle and remove her threat so that Mallow can save his parents, the real King and Queen Nimbus!
*SPOLIER OVER*
She's so prissy and narcissitic, she's got statues of herself all over the castle. And so here she poses with one. XD
I always thought that bird resting ON her head was her ACTUAL head, but after seeing Genolover's art, I took a closer look at her sprite, and MAN, she's ugly! She's got this flat, huge head! UGH, it's so gross!
So... I made her in my own style. ^^
I tried to make her sexy here. Not an appealing, "god, she's so beautiful" kind of sexy. More of a deadly, "don't get too close or she'll rip your heart out" kind of sexy.
And the short dress is the kind of dangerous sexy that applies to female villians, or so my how-to-draw-manga book claims.
But heck, I like the way she came out. Her hair is teh awesome.
