Ok, boys and girls, let's play pretend. Let's pretend the scanner didn't crap up the shading, and let's pretend it's all in beautiful pencil with legible writing. Now open your eyes. 
 
ARGH! It's useless. Gimme a shout if u haven't the foggiest what the writing says, and I will post it. Right now I can't be bothered.
