You submitted this to the Oriental Dragons area, but the dragon doesn't look like an Oriental style dragon at all. (Oriental dragons have a serpentine body, small or no wings, short legs, and decorations such as a furry spine and whiskers.) It looks more like a cartoony European style dragon to me, so I'm going to re-sort this picture under a more proper category.
