Zandrian World Map

Here's a little something I've been working on. 8D This is the world map for the series. To answer your questions, yes, the story does take place on another world. The world is called "Zandria."

When I first started writing the series, I had a heavy debate with myself about whether or not the series should be on Earth or a made-up planet that I would've called Zandria. I selected Earth, but earlier this summer, Elaina talked me otherwise for several reasons. That evening she drew up the basics for how the continents should look.

A few days ago I picked it up and drew them in detail, creating this.

+Sra'ch'ne: The equivalent of the Americas and where the characters currently live. Gallows and his people originated here.

+Okrushi'et: The Zandrian equivalent of Africa. This is where Duke and Bakura's mother came from.

+Afiagul: This continent is similar to that of Europe mixed with Australia. The Farons' father comes from here.

+Tsey'ica: Similar to that of Earth's Asia, this is where Elaina, Ivan, Nara, Taru, and their families originate from.

+Phas'ue: Based off of the Russian/Slavic lands of Earth. Gallows' mother came from this continent. The "North Pole" is also a part of it.

As the series progresses, I will continuously add to a more detailed map. I will add things such as landmarks, terrains, and important cities.

But for now, here's your basic map. :D
