yeah, it's about a war. 99 red balloons is my fav song!^_^ But teh original, German, version is 99 Luftballons. well, anyway, I love it! *+favs*

My brother listens to that song. He says its about some children that let 99 baloon float in some commemeration. The army stationed out side of the town thinks its a sign to attack! Creepy isn't it.<br />
