Abandoning the Past - Suoh for Eriks_Angel

I started this picture way back in like June or July (aargh!) for Gothic_Wonder. I guess that she's switched accounts and goes by the name of Eriks_Angel now... Anywho, she wanted a picture of her dark elf mage Suoh leaving a cave and looking sad, so here we have it! 
 
I'm embarrassed by how long this took me (I'm so sorry!), but I think what really held me back was the dread of having to do a background. I am not good when it comes to backgrounds, although this did turn out better than I thought it would. Suoh's really bright in comparison though. Whoops. o_o; 
 
Anyway, hope you like, Eriks_Angel, and another big apology for taking so long to finish this!

The texture of the background is nice ^^
The lighting on the elf's robe is awesome! great job on that!
All your straight lines are straight O.o Mine never seems to be straight to lazy to use a ruler lol
