All right, here's a 'remake' of my first Hiko pic on Fanart Central, but with a slight twist. This time, Hiko really IS a Dragon of Heaven....a survivor of a previous generation of Dragons, so to speak.<br />

I hope this looks all right, since I was in kind of a rush to finish it....<br />
