Hand posture needs to be worked on, the arm is kinda wierd, that also needs some work.

Awesome art style. I love the shading. Since it seems that you already handled the basics of creases in folding and shadowing, perhaps you should add shines to the hair. You know, so that it doesn't seem your depth is only half way. ^^
