A kinda quick tutorial that I threw together in PhotoShop because I was bored. Anway, this is the technique that I use to color my eyes, both in photoshop, and on paper! Hope you like it!

Wow! This is kool! I didn't know that you could use gradient for the eyes...hm.... Uh, I go *reads box* Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, how the heck do you use the pen tool? Can you even use it? Kool tutorial, it helped alot!
