It says "Dango" (sorry for horrible word) /// "Dango" is a japanese traditional candy that sometimes is on a little stick. If you see the anime, Megumi (Hana-chan's brother) is always eating it. ^^U Also in the manga, Natsuki Takaya says that the two brothers love it kyu.
