Even so, can you imaging the terror as those final moments of life pass by. You wish for it to last. Then the sound of a cannon signals the lift and you strangle. Then everything goes dark. Such a terrible way it is to do. And by the hand of your own mates.

You have an incredible talent for evoking emotion in people. Truly a sad tale, but I find it equally sad that some people seem more concerned with the fictional characters depicted than the real men who died.
